The Wesleyan Announces Sale of Skilled Nursing Operations to Wellsential Health
The Wesleyan has announced that, effective September 1, 2025, its skilled nursing operations will be acquired by Wellsential Health, managed by Regency Integrated Health Services, a respected non-profit provider with 68 locations throughout Texas.

We Walk to End Alzheimer’s! 💜✨
Our community came together for a special Walk to End Alzheimer’s event, with residents and teammates walking side by side in support of a cause that touches so many lives.
Following the walk, everyone enjoyed refreshments and raffle prizes, with all proceeds benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. A special thank you to our wonderful residents, teammates, and vendors for their participation and generous contributions that helped make this event possible!
