Paid Time Off (PTO)

Work-life balance is critical to living a life of balance and well-being. The Wesleyan provides PTO for teammates to enjoy time off with their families, holidays, or those things in life that come up without an invitation. Teammates begin to accrue PTO as soon as they begin working at The Wesleyan. The Wesleyan follows all federal and states laws related to Family Medical Leave and Military Leave.

Health Insurance

Health insurance is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (Blue Choice).

Long-Term Disability Insurance

The Wesleyan pays for long-term disability for full time employees.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment

The Wesleyan pays for Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment for full time employees.

401k Savings and Retirement Plan*

All employees may join the 401k savings and retirement plan after 6 months of employment.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is through Ameritas and the employee may choose between two plans. One plan includes preventive, basic, major and orthodontia coverage. The other plan does not include major or orthodontia. Employees also choose their own dentist from a Preferred Provider list.

Vision Care Insurance

Vision Care is provided through Ameritas and VSP Vision Care. Employees have access to a diverse network for eye exams, lenses, frames and contacts.

Direct Deposit*

This benefit is available to all employees and is effective with any banking institution or credit union.
