The Charms Cooking Club at The Wesleyan Assisted Living put a fun twist on taco night with Walking Tacos! Our residents had a blast choosing their favorite toppings, assembling their tasty creations and, of course, enjoying plenty of laughs along the way.

The day was filled with conversation, laughter, and smiles. We are so grateful to have had the Young Adult Ministry spend a part of their weekend with us and bring a little extra sweetness with them. 🍦💖

Residents at our Assisted Living & Memory Care had a wonderful week full of celebration, smiles, and memories to last a lifetime.☺️✨

This week brought so many moments to shine! From a beautiful restaurant-style dining experience and a musical performance by the Fond Memories Band, to a special variety show hosted by our very own teammates—and so much more! 🎶

🚂✨ A Day of History, Fun & Good Food! 🍕

Our Independent Living residents enjoyed a wonderful day out in Temple! First, we stopped at the Temple Railroad & Heritage Museum, where they explored the fascinating history of the railroad and community.

Afterward, we headed downtown for a delicious lunch at @trenopizzeria. The name Treno, which means “train” in Italian, was a perfect connection to our museum visit and added a fun touch to our day! 🇮🇹

Each week at our Independent Living community, an art instructor visits and guides our residents through exciting and motivating painting classes!🖌️💛

For some, this is their very first time picking up a paintbrush. For others, it has been years since they last painted—but they’ve discovered a love for art all over again! 🥰
