The Wesleyan Appoints Frank Woods as Chief Financial Officer

GEORGETOWN, TX – In March, The Wesleyan, a faith-based, nonprofit senior living and healthcare provider that has served Central Texas residents and patients since 1962, appointed Mr. Frank Woods as Chief Financial Officer.

“I am excited to have him join our senior leadership team and The Wesleyan community,” says President and CEO Mark Lenhard. “When I was introduced to Frank, the incredible breadth of experience and financial acumen that he would bring to The Wesleyan was readily apparent. What made him our final candidate was the way he spoke so passionately about using his gifts to serve a nonprofit community, helping it to grow while maintaining a legacy of caring.”

Mr. Woods began his career in venture capital and since has held a variety of leadership roles including CFO, VP of Operations and Finance, Director of Finance, and Controller in entrepreneurial startups, growth and mid-stage companies in a variety of industries, both for-profit and nonprofit.
Mr. Woods played key roles in driving growth and value of numerous for-profit companies from startups to Inc. 500 listings. He had similar successes during his 20 years serving in the nonprofit space. Mr. Woods provided critical leadership in a human services organization serving the homeless and led a restructuring effort for a nonprofit organization providing math literacy to disadvantaged youth.
